I am a dental assistant and because of my daily use of DiSC training, I am able to connect with all my patients. Before I was introduced to DiSC, misunderstandings occurred with a percentage of patience and I took the misunderstandings personally. I now understand that individuals hear and process things differently than I do and I am able to use that knowledge as a tool to communicate and increase case acceptance, not to mention forge relationships and trust with patients. I’m even able to utilize DISC with family and friends. I would recommend this training to anyone interested in opening lines of communication professionally and personally.
